§ 17.28.030. Building permit for an approved conditional use.

If building permits are required by ordinance of the City, a building permit for all or any portion of a conditional use may be issued only on the basis of the plan as approved by the Planning Commission. Any change in the approved plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission as a new application for a conditional use.
